Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

 

At TouchLMS, we understand that life happens and sometimes you need to change your plans. We kindly ask for your cooperation with our scheduling to ensure we can provide the best possible service to all our clients.

 

Appointment Changes

 

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us enough time to offer that appointment slot to another client who may be waiting for our services.

 

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

 

  • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $35 fee.

  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, you will also be charged a $35 fee.

We appreciate your understanding that these fees help us cover the operational costs associated with missed appointments and ensure fair compensation for our practitioners' time.
