All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Exchange: You may exchange your service or product for another of equal or greater value. If the new service is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

Intercambio: Puedes cambiar tu servicio o producto por otro de igual o mayor valor. Si el nuevo servicio es de mayor valor, deberás pagar la diferencia.

Transfer: You may transfer your service or credit to another person. Simply notify us in advance with the name of the person who will receive the service.

Transferencia: Puedes transferir tu servicio o crédito a otra persona. Solo necesitas notificarnos con anticipación el nombre de la persona que lo recibirá.
